Ms. Msomba focuses on supporting the corporate portfolios. She has a vast experience in corporate transactional advisory, setting up of entities in various sectors and court representations in commercial disputes. She undertakes management of clients’ corporate affairs, contract drafting and review, drafting of other legal documents, client consultation and provision of legal advice.

She currently with iResolve providing legal services centered around corporate governance, risk management, policy development and regulatory compliance including telecommunication companies as well as litigation support. Her academic background and professional journey demonstrate her commitment to excellence and a hands- on approach to solving complex legal challenges.

  • Advisory and representation in labour disputes in mediation and arbitration at the Commission for Mediation & Arbitration;
  • Representation in a commercial disputes involving debt recovery, including winding up petitions;
  • Representation at the Court of Appeal in matters relating to  enforcement of arbitral awards challenges;
  • Representation at the Court of Appeal in tax related matters;
  • Representation in commercial matter relating to construction dispute regarding equipment leasing.
  • Co-counsel in representing a construction company before Arbitral Tribunal under the KIAC Arbitration Rules
  • Providing commercial contract negotiation, drafting and review;
  • Corporate management of client’s affairs; international NGOs; Societies and Limited Liability Companies
